Larry Hardenburgh

Booster President

The Presidents duties are to preside at all meetings of the association; oversee all activities of the executive board, oversee communications to the booster group, with input from the executive board, appoint all committee chairs and ad- hoc committee chairs, with input from the executive board, create new committees as necessary, form the nominating committee and serve as liaison with school and district officials.


Lee Ebaugh

Vice-President of Marching Band

The Marching VP duties are to manage all fundraising and volunteer activities and committees associated with the Marching Band; coordinate the Spring Gala and/or other major fundraising event in the spring, manage, or identify another individual to manage, any Marching Band competitions that are hosted by the Association and coordinate any trips or transportation associated with the Marching Band.


Peggi Fowler

Vice-President of Concert

The Concert VP duties are to manage all fundraising and volunteer activities and committees associated with the Concert Band activities; coordinate a spring trip if taken, manage or identify another individual to manage any concert festivals or competitions that are hosted by the Association and coordinate any trips or transportation associated with the Concert Band.


Stacie Camberos

Vice-President of Color Guard

The Color Guard VP duties are to manage all fundraising and volunteer activities and committees that are associated with color guard; manage or identify another individual to manage any color guard competitions that are hosted by the Association and coordinate any trips or transportation associated with the color guard.


Patti Akers

Vice-President of Percussion

The Percussion VP duties are to manage all fundraising and volunteer activities and committees that are associated with the Percussion Ensemble; manage, or identify another individual to manage, any Percussion Ensemble competitions that are hosted by the Association and coordinate any trips or transportation associated with the Percussion Ensemble.


Terri Norris

Secretary

The Secretary duties are to take the minutes of all regular and special meetings and provide copies for all members; take the minutes of all Executive Board meetings and provide copies for all Executive Board officers, keep membership and meeting attendance records and attend to any correspondence on behalf of the Association, including the acknowledgement of donations and contributions to the Association.


Janet Chickman

Treasurer

The Treasurer duties are to receive and deposit all monies accruing to the Association; disburse funds per the approved budget and/or as directed by the Executive Board, keep accurate and complete records of all receipts and disbursements, create and manage a list of donors and their donations levels for each fiscal year, and distribute written acknowledgement of all monetary donations at the end of the calendar, provide monthly financial reports to the membership at all Regular Meetings, prepare an annual financial report and provide all records for an annual audit, prepare and file any and all tax returns, prepare a financial report at the request of the Edison High School Administration or Edison High School ASB and serve as Chair of the Budget Committee.


Jeff Chickman

Parliamentarian

The Parliamentarian duties are to ensure that all meetings are conducted according to the principles of “Robert’s Rules of Order”; ensure that all policies and procedures are consistent with the Bylaws of the Association and oversee review of and revisions to the Bylaws.


Amy Curran-Norton

Volunteer Coordinator

The duties of the Volunteer Coordinator are to oversee all volunteer needs for Marching, Color Guard, Percussion, Concert and Jazz seasons and any hosted competitions; coordinate with the Band Director, President, Marching VP, Color Guard VP Concert VP and Percussion VP to determine needs for competitions, and hosted competition events.
